My Love loves to surprise me! Even our weekly date nights are a surprise. :) Usually, I have no idea what's planned but this time his sneaky plans began to unfold a little sooner than planned. Even though I found out ahead of time, I was still surprised and soooo blessed! Aaron and I have tried several times to have some extended time just the two of us before the twins come. We've had 3 times where we've stayed at the Law Bed & Breakfast (our home) while Joshua spent the night away but two of those times we each got sick. I really didn't think it was going to be possible for us to be able to go away somewhere but the Lord was so gracious to give us this time together. Aaron took off work on Friday and took me away to Melbourne Beach where we stayed at the Port D' Hiver Bed & Breakfast. It was a precious time together!

A few of Joshua's favorite things :)

Everyday that passes, I see my little baby boy turning into a big boy. His personality is developing, his understandings are growing and the things he likes to do are changing. He'll be 1 1/2 years old tomorrow!

Some of his favorite things include: tickle time, bath time (anytime that includes playing with water), playing with his blue ball outside, stacking his blocks to make tall towers, greeting Daddy when he comes home, wrestle time with Daddy, snuggle time with mommy, climbing up and down the stairs, clapping, singing, laughing, etc.

We love our little boy so much! What a sweet blessing from the Lord! He's going to make a great big brother. :)

2 pounds 12 ounces and over 28 weeks along!

One really sweet thing about being considered "high risk" is that I get to have a sonogram done every month! :) This past Monday I had the joy of not just feeling our two little boys moving around in my womb but seeing them once again. Their getting much bigger and it looks like tight quarters in there! The doctor said every thing looks great and their each weighing in at 2pound 12oz. (That's a total weight of 3oz more that Joshua weighed when he was born).

Prayer Request:
Since I had a c-section with Joshua and the "laws" are getting more strict on allowing moms to deliver naturally after having a previous c-section...I've been told by many, including my specialist, that I would not be allowed in any case to have a natural birth. We've been praying about this and I was able to talk to my doctor (who is going to be delivering the babies) this past week and she said that if they are both head down and everything else looks okay (I go into labor on my own, my fluid is good, etc.), she is willing to deliver them naturally. This is an answer to prayer that my doctor is even willing considering most doctors are not. Above all statistics, we serve an awesome, sovereign & powerful Lord. Please pray for the health of our babies, for mine through the delivery and for an easier recovery for me.
Most of all, above all these things, we desire that we would grow closer to our Lord through this time, that He would be glorified, that we would rest in Him no matter what takes place and that others would be drawn to the Savior through our testimony.

We are excited to meet our two new little sons. We rejoice in knowing that when we are weak, He is strong!
