Okay, so here is the deal..."Miss Amber" just sounds too formal. So if any of you creative people out there have any suggestions for a nickname that Joshua could learn to say, we'd love it for you to send a reply to this post with it.
Looking forward to your reply!

I would suggest something like "Miss A" which would probably sound more like "Missy" once a 2 year old was saying it but that could be cute! - Jeannie
haha! How exciting, well let's see.... when our family gets really close to someone we usually ask if we can call them aunt or uncle. So maybe Aunt Amber, or Auntie Amber, hehe or Auntie Am! Like the wizard of Oz!
Since the initials for Miss Amber are M.A. why not call her "May-May", or just "May". Little ones can usually handle saying a simple one syllable word, and this one would be easy.
I was thinking "Missy" would be cute!
Alec used to call Amy McKelvey, "Mamy"= Miss Amy. It was really cute.
I like Debi's idea for May-May, too!
when i was little i knew an amber and she was just "ber."
not very feminine, but whatever.
How about calling her "Sissy." Heather calls Amber "cupcake" but that's another story! I'm not sure how easy that would be but she's practically family now! I think you should gather your favorite names and have friends and family vote for the winner on the blog!
