Aaron took the day off of work last Friday in celebration of our anniversary. Our good friend, Kim C., took Joshua for the day for us. Then for the evening, my mom, along with 2 of her friends, cared for all three boys so we could go out. Thank you ladies for all your help!

Aaron picked up subs from Publix, Sun Chips & grapes (of course) and we headed off with the twins to have a picnic at Kraft Azalea Gardens. It was a beatiful day out! We had some sweet time of talking, encouraging each other, changing poopy diapers, etc. :) Then we came home for nap time. (You know you're getting old when you have 3 kids, you go to bed soon after they do and you get excited about nap times!) :)

Then Aaron took me to our favorite restaurant, which we reserve for special occasions...Seasons52. We spent some time recounting the Lord's faithfulness & mercy in our lives.

Then we headed for Starbucks to enjoy a little more uninterupted conversation. After that, we went to see The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. This is one of the rare movies these days that you won't have to walk out on.

*Aaron also took the day off of work on Monday so that we could go to the beach. Pictures to come...

Happy 3 year anniversary my Love. I'm rejoicing in the Lord's goodness to us. I could not be more blessed. First of all, the Lord has given us Himself and He has given us His Son, Jesus Christ, that we may be saved and may belong to Him. What more do we need? Nothing. If the Lord were to take away all the blessings He's given me, it would be well with my soul, as long as He does not take away Himself from me. And of this, we shall not fear, "For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:38-39).

But the Lord continues to pour out His blessings. For this breath of a life we have on earth, He has given me you, as my husband, to enjoy. Thank you, my Love, for being a faithful husband. It is a pure joy to be your wife, to submit to you, to follow you, to walk beside you as your helper. I love you immensely!

Happy Anniversary!

Love,
Your Love :)

It's also Caleb & Tyler's 2 month old birthday! Lord, we thank you for our sons and for the blessings that they are. We pray that you would draw them to yourself at a young age and that they would love you and serve you all of their days!

Happy Father's Day My Love!

Wow, we're just coming upon our 3 year anniversary and the Lord has already blessed us with 3 sons! It truly is a wonderful day to give glory to God and to thank Him for His undeserved goodness and abundant mercy. Happy Father's Day, my Love. :)

Okay, so if any of you love blueberries as much as my husband does, you will most likely love this recipe too. It is Aaron's favorite and he always gets so excited when I make them. Even if I double the recipe, they don't last very long. :) As you can see, I doubled this batch and couldn't even find a bowl big enough.

Aaron's Favorite Blueberry Cream Muffins

Yields: 2 Dozen
Ingredients

4 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
4 cups All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoon Baking powder
2 cups (16 oz.) Light sour cream
2 cups Fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Gradually add sugar. While beating, slowly pour in oil; add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with the sour cream to egg mixture. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased or lined muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.

Okay, I am way behind on posting pictures! I keep waiting to find time to put up a whole slide show but that hasn't happened yet. :) So here is a recent favorite for now. Joshua loves coming up and giving his brothers sweet kisses and rubbing their heads. On this particular day, he kept trying to wrap his arms around them and I could tell he was begging to hold them. He was so content with them in his arms and posed long enough for mommy to take about 10 pictures.
